The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order came into effect in October 2006 and affects all non-domestic properties in England and Wales.
The Fire Safety Order means that a fire risk assessment must be carried out on your premises by a competent person to ensure that suitable fire precautions, maintenance and management measures are in place to ensure the safety of anyone who uses your premises.
